Nix, Gerald Byron BIRMINGHAM, Al Gerald Byron Nix, age 68, died peacefully at home on September 28, 2008. He was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama on November 14, 1939, to Sebron Edgar (Ike) Nix and Melba Holland Nix. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Richard Edgar Nix.
